Cody Alan Hood was born on August 6, 1990, in Fort Carson, Colorado to Philip Joseph Hood and April Dawn (Kay) Woods. He passed from this life on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, in Anaheim, California at the age of 33 years. Cody was raised and educated in Jenks, Oklahoma where he attended high school and later earned his GED from Thunderbird Youth Academy. He spent most of his working life as support staff at Better Days Treatment Center in Anaheim. In his spare time, Cody enjoyed a variety of past times such as going to the beach, playing with his dogs, and most importantly spending time with his family, especially his son.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will be held at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be mad in Cody’s memory to Pro Recovery Power, 2506 185th St., Redondo Beach, CA 90278.
