Danny Myron Jones was born October 19, 1948, in Fort Smith Arkansas, to Thomas Henry Jones and Almeda Reavis Jones. He died Saturday, January 13, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 75 years. Danny completed his secondary education in Springdale, Arkansas, and was a graduate of Springdale High School. He continued his education at the University of Arkansas where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in marketing. He spent most of his professional career in marketing with Total Petroleum. Danny was married May 19, 1990, in Durango, Colorado, to Ruth Esther Mastin. He and Ruth had a love for raising and riding horses together. He also loved spending time on the water boating, particularly at Skiatook Lake.

Sister-in-law; Gail Jones Smith and husband Jerry, of Springdale, Arkansas
Sister-in-law; Jean Brewer, of Grand Junction, Colorado
And a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas H. and Almeda Jones, and a brother, Tommy G. Jones.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Danny’s memory to Tunnel to Towers at www.t2t.org , or the animal rescue of your choice. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service.
