Owasso, Okla. – July 25, 2024 – Rejoice Christian School (RCS) announced the return of their annual golf tournament, the “Double Eagle Open,” which is scheduled to take place Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2024. The tournament is hosted at The Patriot Golf Club in Owasso, Okla., and serves as one of the school’s largest fundraisers.
“Proceeds from the tournament are dedicated to the RCS Endowment funding the future of RCS, including scholarships, facility enhancement and maintenance, and continuing our goal of affordable tuition for families,” said new Development Director Brent Marley. “Our goal this year is to raise $50,000 for future families and students of RCS.”
Registration is $1,500 and includes one team entry (four players), golf carts, exclusive RCS swag, buffet-style breakfast and a grab-and-go lunch, practice green facility access, giveaways, and goody bags, name recognition for contributing sponsors, hole-in-one prize opportunities, and a chance to win the coveted Double Eagle Open Cup including $100 for each player to The Patriot Pro Shop as well as exclusive RCS parking privileges.
RCS is a private school that depends on fundraisers, sponsorships, and donations to secure future funding. This year marks the third anniversary of the tournament.
“By participating in the Double Eagle Golf Tournament, you are investing in the most important resources at our school – our staff and students,” said Joel Pepin, Head of School.
So far, the school has two tournament sponsors: Dreaming About Vacations and Image Strategic Partners.
