Melinda Ann Doering was born on October 7, 1986, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Timothy Arnold Doering and Kathleen Ann (Duerr) Doering. She passed from this life on Monday, August 12, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 37 years. Melinda was raised and educated in Owasso, Oklahoma and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 2006. She spent much of her working life in hospitality at the Renaissance Hotel in Tulsa. Melinda was a lifetime faithful member of Faith Lutheran Church in Owasso. In her spare time, Melinda enjoyed a variety of past times such as watching and following sports, attending the Tulsa FTC Soccer games, camping, and boating, but most of all she loved spending time with her children.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Dorothy Doering, and Kenneth Duerr.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Faith Lutheran Church in Owasso. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Melinda’s memory to The ALS Association Attn: Oklahoma donations-Christy Galyean, 1950 Craig Rd. Ste. 200, St. Louis, MO 63145.Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso.
