10/15/2024 – The 𝐊𝐮𝐦 & 𝐆𝐨 𝐨𝐧 𝟕𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 appears to be the first in Owasso to transition to Maverik. According to the schedule, the remodel for the store at 502 East 2nd Ave is set for next week.

• Kum & Go Kitchen closes on October 23rd
• Kum & Go store closes on October 27th
• Maverik opens on October 29th
Maverik, a Utah-based convenience store chain, has acquired all Kum & Go locations in a significant expansion move. Kum & Go, originally based in Iowa and known for its widespread presence in the Midwest, was sold to Maverik in 2023. This acquisition allows Maverik to grow its footprint across more regions, particularly in the Midwest, combining the strengths of both brands. Customers can expect a transition of store branding over time, along with continued services and products familiar from Kum & Go, now integrated under Maverik’s expanding operations.
