OHP Update/5:44pm: At approximately 3:51 PM today’s date, the Owasso Police Department advised Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troop B Dispatch of a possible aircraft down in the area of 98th Street North approximately 1/2 mile east of Memorial Drive in Tulsa County.
Troopers on scene reported a small aircraft is down in a wooded area, with one confirmed fatality. Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials are in contact with NTSB and FAA. The NTSB will be the investigating authority .
State Troopers will secure the scene until federal investigators arrive sometime tomorrow morning.

4:30pm: Just before 4pm Sunday evening, Owasso Police dispatchers received numerous calls of a twin engine plane crashing.
Officers located the firey wreckage just east of Memorial on the north side of 98th Street North.
Witnesses reported the plane crashed nose first after making two loops.
Owasso Police and Fire, National Guard Fire, Oklahoma Highway Patrol , Tulsa County Sheriffs Department as well as FAA officials are on scene.
As off 4:45pm dozens of emergency vehicles are still on the scene.
