From Owasso Public Schools:
Physicals for the 2013-2014 school year will be given Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Owasso High School Gymnasium starting at 6:00 P.M. The cost of the physical is $20. Please make checks payable to EOOC.
This physical will be good for the entire 2013-2014 school year. A physical form should be picked up by the athlete before arriving to physicals. There are sections that need to be filled out by the athlete and the athlete’s parents prior to getting the physical. Physical forms can be picked up from the offices at the 7th Grade Center, 8th Grade Center, Mid-High, and High School offices starting Wednesday May 1st. Head Coaches will also have physical forms to pass out to current athletes.
All athletes must have a completed physical form on file before they can practice, scrimmage, or play any sport for Owasso Public Schools. Please arrive on Tuesday May 7th at 6:00 P.M. with the completed form to get your physical.
