Barbara Ann Dikeman was born September 2, 1934, in Nixa Missouri, to Marlin Oliver and Theo Rose Wallace. She entered heaven on Saturday, March 4, 2023, in Joplin, Missouri, at the age of 88. Barbara completed her secondary education in Springfield, Missouri, and was a graduate of Springfield Central High School. She was married May 25, 1957, in Springfield to Lucian Edward Dikeman. They had made their home in Collinsville, Oklahoma, in 1963. Barbara had worked as a telephone operator, but primarily was a homemaker caring for her family. She was a devout Christian woman. She was always involved with her daughters and grandchildren’s activities.
She will be dearly missed and leaves family members to hold many cherished memories including:

Grandchildren; Harrison Menke and wife Hayley, of Ashburn, Virginia
Evan Menke and wife Audrey, of Denver, Colorado
Perry Dirickson and Oliver Dirickson, both of Owasso, Oklahoma
Rachel Lucas and husband Ben, of Claremore, Oklahoma
Great grandchildren; Hudson, Grayson, and Adelaide Menke
Riley and Elena Lucas
And great granddaughter Menke arriving in August
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of over 65 years, Lucian, and daughter, Teri Dirickson.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2023, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso. Final resting place will be at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
