Betty L. Hardie passed away June 12, 2017 at the age of 70,
Betty was born June 29, 1946 in Frontier County, Nebraska. She was the daughter of Floyd and Violet (Calkins) Hall. Betty grew up in Frontier County and graduated from Red Willow High School in 1963.
On March 27, 1965 Betty was married to the love of her life, Steve Hardie, in Bartley Nebraska. They celebrated 52 years of marriage this year. They have lived in various places. Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri and have made Oklahoma their home since 1980. Betty worked for The Associated Milk Producers, Inc. for many years and for Unlaub Company, Inc. in Tulsa.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Violet Hall, sister Fern Moore and brother Don Hall.
Betty is survived by her husband Steve of Collinsville; two sons, Jeffrey Hardie and his wife Dava; Scott Hardie and his wife Peggy, all from Sperry, OK. Grandchildren; Stephen Hardie, Samuel Hardie, Joshua Hardie, Cameron Hausner and Krissy Crugar, Trenton King, Ali Hausner, Elisabeth Hardie, Emily Hardie, Wesley Hardie, Blake Girdner and Katie Myers and one great granddaughter Cami Hausner. One brother, Bernard Hall and his wife Sue of Culbertson, NE; two sisters Helen Berndt and her husband Dean of Danbury, NE, Barbara Ruggles and her husband Gayle of McCook, NE; brother-in-law Rex Moore and Barb Lyons of Marion, NE and sister-in law Janine Pantenberg and her husband Bob of McCook, NE and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services are Saturday June 17, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. with Dave Dunson officiating at Highland Park Christian Church located at 5708 E 31st ST in Tulsa.
