Beuanna May Kelsey was born March 23, 1938, in Hartville, Missouri, to James Aubrey Palmer and Mildred Opal (Stigall) Palmer. She died Monday, March 13, 2017, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 78 years. Beuanna was reared and educated in Hartville, Missouri and graduated with the Hartville High School Class of 1956. She was married October 5, 1957, in Hartville to Dallas Wayne Kelsey. She spent most of her working life in the home raising her children. Beuanna and Dallas moved to Owasso in 1972 and have been members of the community since. They have been active members of Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1974. Beuanna enjoyed working side by side with Dallas doing whatever which consisted of anything from brush cutting to Walmart runs.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Mowery Funeral Service. Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Jerry Hauser officiating.
