Billy Edward Bradford, Jr., was born January 6, 1951, in Buena Park, California, to Billy Edward Bradford, Sr., and L. Lorean Fields Bradford. He died Friday, March 11, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, surrounded by his family, at the age of 71 years. Bill completed his education in Buena Park, California, and graduated with the Buena Park High School Class of 1969, where he excelled in football, track, and wrestling. He continued his education attending California State University, Fullerton, in Fullerton, California. Bill spent most of his working life in the concrete business, primarily with Mid-Continent Concrete Company as a regional manager. He had made his home in Owasso, Oklahoma, since 2010. Bill enjoyed a variety of pastimes including woodworking and home improvement projects. He also enjoyed playing football, softball, and drag racing his funny car. He was also an avid fan of NFL and college football. Most importantly to him, was his family and his role as father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Rick Bradford, daughter, Diana Bradford, granddaughter, Bethany Lynn Stricklin, and his first wife Marilyn Ruth Brazzel Bradford.
Funeral service will be held 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Billy Bradford III officiating. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Bill’s memory to the John 3:16 Mission, P. O. Box 1477, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74101-1477, or at www.john316mission.org .
