Charles Andre Permaul, Sr. was born on January 5, 1938 in Georgetown, Guyana South America to Joseph Permaul and Emily (Subrian) Permaul. He died on Monday, March 15, 2021 at his home in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years. Charles was raised and educated in Guyana and was married on May 25, 1960 to Beryl (Kissoon) Permaul. He immigrated to the United States where he raised his 5 boys. Charles spent most of his working life as a Print Shop Supervisor, working for Tulsa County in Tulsa, Oklahoma for over 20 years. He has been a faithful member of the First Seventh-Day Adventist Church of Tulsa since 1984. In his spare time, Charles enjoyed playing and watching sports, riding his bike, being active in the church, traveling with family, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Emily, brother, Frederick, and sister, Nelly.
A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Pastor Samson Sembeba
officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service.
