On October 29, 2015, at approximately 5:15pm, Owasso Patrol Officers responded to child welfare complaint in the 500 Block of N. Beaumont in Owasso. During the course of the incident, officers observed illegal drugs in plain view inside the residence, which resulted in a response by Detectives from the Owasso the Criminal Investigations Division.
A search of the residence resulted in the recovery of approximately 55 pounds of marijuana, 4 ounces of Methamphetamine and a.40 caliber semiautomatic handgun. Three juveniles, ages 5, 8 & 15 were taken into protective custody and two adults were arrested at the scene.

Jeffrey Scott Barnes (Age 19) was arrested for Child Neglect, Maintaining a Place Where Drugs are Sold, Trafficking in Illegal Drugs and Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Felony.
Michelle R. Kraft (Age 34) was arrested for Child Neglect, Maintaining a Place Where Drugs are Sold, Trafficking in Illegal Drugs and Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Felony.
