Owasso – August 1, 2018: Beginning September 4, 2018, the City of Owasso City is implementing new customer service hours at City Hall and Public Works. The new hours will be 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 am to 11:30 am Friday.
This change is to better serve customers who work and find it difficult to do business with the City during a regular work week. The new hours will be printed on utility bills beginning this month.
