Date and Time: 02/01/2024, 10:16 PM Location: N 161st East Ave at E 118th St N, Collinsville, OK, Tulsa County
Involved Vehicle:
- 2005 Toyota Tacoma
- Driver: Oliver Parks 24 from Collinsville, OK
- Transported to St. Francis Hospital by Owasso EMS
- Condition: Admitted in fair condition with head injuries
Sequence of Events: Vehicle-1, a 2005 Toyota Tacoma driven by Oliver Parks, was traveling northbound on N 161st East Ave. For reasons unknown, the vehicle departed the roadway to the left, subsequently striking a sign, a fence, and a tree.
Driver’s Condition: Apparently Normal
