11/14/2017 Oklahoma Highway Patrol accident report:

 

OHP_PATCH_BWA personal injury collision occurred Monday, November 13, 2017 at 7:34pm on US75 northbound at 106th Street North, approximately 3 miles west of Owasso, OK in Tulsa County.

 

Vehicle 1: A 2012 Chevrolet Pickup, driven by a male juvenile, age 17 of Sperry, OK.  Transported by personal vehicle to Bailey Medical Center in Owasso.  Treated and released. Passengers:  None

Vehicle-2:  2006 Ford Mustang, driven by Harley Thomas, white male, age 53 of Collinsville, OK.  Transported by Owasso EMS to St John Hospital of Tulsa with head and trunk internal injuries.  Admitted in stable condition.  Passengers:  None

What Happened:  Vehicle-1 was eastbound on 106th St North, Vehicle-2 was northbound on US75.  Vehicle-1 struck Vehicle-2 in the driver side door.
