Just before 8am Tuesday, the Owasso Police Department responded to calls of the traffic light on 116th Street North at 129th East Avenue hanging into traffic.
There was also a report of one vehicle hitting the dangling light, knocking it into the windshield of another.
Owasso Police Officers directed traffic around the light during morning rush hour, until street crews arrived.
