On Friday, April 14, 2017 the men and women of the Owasso Fire Department participated in the Change of Command Ceremony.
Friends and family from City Hall, Owasso Police Department, and the Owasso City Council were on hand as they celebrated their accomplishments and welcome future challenges, opportunities and success.
This Ceremony marked the official transfer of the Command of Owasso Fire Department and all of it’s resources from Chief Chris Garrett, to Chief David Hurst.
Chief Garrett will now assume the role of Assistant City Manager.
