Delcy “Lou” Dunham was born on March 2, 1941, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to John Earnest Troglin and Delcy Lucille (Thompson) Troglin. She passed from this life on Sunday, May 12, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years. Lou was raised and educated in Collinsville, Oklahoma and graduated with the Collinsville High School Class of 1959. She was married on June 26, 1959, in Collinsville to David Lee Dunham. Lou spent most of her working life as an Administrative Assistant with American States Insurance Company in Tulsa for over 10 years. She also worked in the cafeteria at Byrd Junior High School for several years. She worked for 17 years stocking cards for American Greeting cards. In her spare time, Lou enjoyed a variety of past times such as reading, playing bingo, and working picture puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Delcy.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2024, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Leon Shade officiating. Graveside service will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service.
