Donna Fay Nelson was born February 27, 1938, in Weatherford, Oklahoma, to Alfred Paul Ewy and Elsie Rachel Dunlap Ewy. She died Friday, November 8, 2024, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 86 years. Donna completed her secondary education in Weatherford and graduated with the Weatherford High School Class of 1955. She was married December 26, 1956, in Weatherford to Henry John Nelson. Donna spent most of her working life with Macy’s as a jewelry retail clerk.
Donna enjoyed a variety of pastimes including watching golf, traveling, and spending time working in her flower garden. She also enjoyed watching YT videos on her Ipad and listening to music. She was especially fond of spending time with her family.

Claire Satran, Cruz Satran,
Parx Satran, and Ryder Satran, all of West Linn, Oregon
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Ewy and Elsie Gordon, husband, Henry Nelson, son, Jeff Nelson, and sister, Delores Staples.
Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin Missouri. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
