Edna Joyce Finley was born February 25, 1930, In Meeker Ok to Holland and Jane Turner. She died Sunday, February 11, 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 87 years. Edna was reared and educated in Meeker, Oklahoma, and was a graduate of Meeker High School. She continued her education at the University of Oklahoma before earning her Masters from Oklahoma State University in 1985. She spent over 33 years with Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City in procurement. She was a longtime faithful of the First Christian Church in Oklahoma City where she enjoyed singing in the choir and served as a Sunday school teacher. She had made her home in Owasso, Oklahoma, in 2013 to be closer to her family. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially sewing and was an excellent seamstress.

Her son and daughter-in-law; J.R. and Linda Ragsdale, of Owasso, and grandson, Tanner Ragsdale, of Tucson, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Finley, and brother, Bud Turner.
Edna will be laid to rest at the Meeker Cemetery in Meeker, Oklahoma. Arrangements were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso. www.moweryfs.com
