Elizabeth Irene Engle was born on March 29, 1938, in Springtown, Arkansas to Robert Frances Blaikie and Crystal Irene (Sharp) Blaikie. She passed from this life on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years. Elizabeth spent most of her working life as a nurse’s aide, working for herself at various nursing homes around the Tulsa area. She was a long-time faithful member of First Freewill Baptist Church in Owasso and North Peoria Church of Christ in Tulsa. Elizabeth was a prayer warrior and loved serving others. She also enjoyed reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. Those she leaves behind who hold many cherished memories include:

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Leonard Pirtle officiating. Interment will be held at Gentry Cemetery in Gentry, Arkansas.
