Refuge Owasso Trunk or Treat

The Refuge Owasso is hosting their 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat!! It was HUGE last year but this year it’s going to be even better.. In addition to the trunks, snacks and bounce house we had last year, we will also have an obstacle course, games and a professional face painter!
