Looking for a safe environment to satisfy your kiddos Halloween candy needs this year? Come join all the friendly ghosts, goblins and ghouls in the OPD parking lot on Saturday for the annual “Trunk or Treat” event, sponsored by the Owasso Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police. Officers will be handing out candy, giving demonstrations of emergency vehicles and much more!
