The community is invited to First United Methodist Church in Owasso for “Journey to the Cross”, a church revival event to be held on Sunday, March 9 through Tuesday, March 11, 2014. Each scheduled revival service will provide the opportunity for all to renew their connection with Christ through worship, special music and fellowship. All revival services will take place at the church located at 13800 East 106th Street North in Owasso.
The church is especially pleased to announce that Bishop Robert Hayes, episcopal leader of the Oklahoma Area of The United Methodist Church, will serve as guest minister during this three-day event. As a third-generation Methodist minister, Bishop Robert Hayes has served as bishop of the Oklahoma area since 2004 and presides over 530 churches in the Oklahoma Conference and the 87 churches of the Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference.
