01/10/2019 – Oklahoma Highay Parol reports a personal injury collision occurred Wednesday, January 9th just after 9pm on US 169 northbound just south of 56th Street North in Tulsa City Limits in Tulsa County.
OHP says a chain of events caused the five vehicle accident when: Vehicle-2 was stopped for traffic merging at the beginning of a construction zone. Vehicle-1 struck the back of Vehicle-2 pushing Vehicle-2 into Vehicle-3. Vehicle-3 then struck Vehicle-4, and Vehicle-4 then struck Vehicle-5.
Vehicle-1: 2018 Dodge Ram 4500 Wrecker driven by Dale Hancock, age 73 of Tulsa, Ok. Not injured.
Passenger-1: Elizabeth Hancock (SIC), white female, age 72 of Tulsa, Ok. Not injured.
Vehicle-2: 2009 Honda Fit driven by Laramie Smith, age 34 of Owasso, Ok. Transported by Owasso Fire to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Treated and released with arm and leg injuries.
Passenger-1: Juvenile white male, age 6 of Owasso, Ok. Transported by Owasso Fire to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Admitted in stable condition with trunk internal injuries.
Passenger-2: Juvenile white female, age 2 of Owasso, Ok. Transported by Owasso Fire to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa. Treated and released minor injuries.
Vehicle-3: 2010 Chevy Tahoe driven by Debra Delorge, age 31 of Owasso, Ok. Not injured.
Passenger-1: Juvenile white male, age 9 of Owasso, Ok. Not injured.
Passenger-2: Juvenile white male, age 6 of Owasso, Ok. Not injured.
Vehicle-4: 2015 Chevy Silverado driven by Bradley Harter, age 60 of Owasso, Ok. Not injured.

Vehicle-5: 2007 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Vincent Carson , age 43 of Owasso, Ok. Not injured.
