Floy Roberta Hall, or affectionately better known as “Bert”, was born January 13, 1928, in Osceola, Arkansas, to John Andrew Anderson and Emma Ellen Binkley Anderson. She died Thursday, October 3, 2024, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 96 years. Bert completed her secondary education Branson, Missouri, and was a graduate of Branson High School. She continued her education attending college for one year. Bert was married September 29, 1946, in Harrison, Arkansas, to John H. “Pete” Hall. They had made their home in Owasso, Oklahoma, since 1968. It was at that time, Bert and Pete became longtime faithful members of Central Baptist Church. Bert was a strong woman of faith who dearly loved her church family and was active throughout the years in church activities.
Bert spent most of her professional career with American Airlines and a payroll clerk. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including golfing when she was younger. She also enjoyed spending time reading. Bert was an avid walker and could often be seen walking daily around the neighborhood, even walking the week before her passing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Pete Hall, son, John Hall, daughter, Jo Lynn Hampton, sister, Eula Williams, and brother, Eugene Devers.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2024, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Reverend Kevin Laufer officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be John V. “Scooter” Hall, Michael Hall, Benjamin Hall, Brian Hampton, Stephen Hall, and Joe Hampton. Final resting place will be at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville, Oklahoma.
