James Robert “Bobby” Robison passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the age of 28 years. Bobby was born October 10, 1987 at Shawnee, OK; the second son of Cindy Hendricks and William Kevin Robison. He was raised in Shawnee until the family moved to Hominy, OK when he was four years of age. In 1993, the family returned to Shawnee until moving to Claremore in 1995. Bobby graduated from Claremore-Sequoyah High School Class of 2006. He was currently a resident of Collinsville with his fiancé Madyson and son James. Bobby enjoyed computer games, playing basketball and golfing but spending time with his brother and son James brought him the most joy. He was active with #ALKO and many of his closest friends that were brothers in their own regard. Bobby was employed with US Cellular for several years in Bartlesville as a Wireless Consultant.
Those that survive and hold cherished memories include his mother – Cindy Robison of Collinsville, OK; his father Kevin and Nicole Robison of Tuttle, OK; his fiancé Madyson “Maddy B” Schultheiss and son James Robert of the home; two brothers – Brett “B-Rob” Robison and fiancé Tori of Collinsville, OK and Blaine Edward Robison of Shawnee, OK. Also surviving are his maternal grandparents Forest and Anita Hendricks of Inola, OK and numerous beloved relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents James Robert “Bob” and Gloria Robison.
Bobby was caring, genuine, and lived every day to the fullest. He was the spark to life. Not only did he squeeze every ounce of life out of every moment he took part in, he inspired you to take on that same sentiment in what you did in every aspect of your own.
Memorial services for Bobby will be held at 2:00 PM – Wednesday, October 12, 2016 in the sanctuary of First Church of Owasso with Rev. Ray Crawford officiating. A memorial fund to benefit Bobby’s son is currently being established, and the family asks that consideration be given to this in lieu of flowers.
