Harold David Gallagher was born September 11, 1936, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, to C.C. and Ora Marie Shook Gallagher. He died Friday, May 24, 2019, in Jenks, Oklahoma, at the age of 82 years. Harold completed his secondary education in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Union High School Class of 1954. He continued his education at Northeastern Oklahoma A & M in Miami, Oklahoma, where he earned his associate’s degree. He spent most of his working life as a self-employed draftsman. He was a longtime member of Tulsa Hills Baptist Church. Harold thoroughly enjoyed his role of Grandpa to his grandkids as well as Opa, or Old Pa, to his great grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary Gayle, sister, Frances Foster, and daughter-in-law, Ellen Buhite Gallagher.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2019, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Graveside funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2019, at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
