(November 12, 2015) Tulsa, Okla. – On Wednesday, the Home Builders Association presented the Owasso Community Foundation Strong Neighborhood Initiative, with a check for $2,500.
The Owasso Strong Neighborhood Initiative’s mission is to partner with neighborhood stakeholders and provide a means for residents to identify opportunities to maintain and grow the quality of life in our community, so that Owasso is as attractive tomorrow as it is today.
The check comes from proceeds from the Owasso Chapter Golf Tournament, a fundraiser to benefit an Owasso-area charity.
“We are proud to support an organization that brings the Owasso community together and serves as a resource for residents to protect the place we call home.” said Jeff Starkweather, President of the Owasso Chapter of the Home Builders Association.
