Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a personal injury collision occurred 10-16-2015 at approximately 2:00am on US 75 southbound at 106th Street North
approximately 2 miles west of Owasso, Ok in Tulsa County.
A 2007 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Anthony C. Pimentel male, age 20, of Tulsa was southbound on US 75 at 106th street north. A 2006 Volkswagen Passat driven by Madison N. Davis, white female, age 18, of Sallisaw who was crossing Highway 75 and struck by Pimentel. Both drivers and a passenger all were pinned for less than 30 minutes. All were extricated by Owasso Fire without using any additional equipment.
Vehicle 1: 2007 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Anthony C. Pimentel, age 20, of Tulsa, Ok. was transported by Owasso EMS to St John Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted in critical condition with head, leg, trunk, arm, and internal injuries.
Passenger 1: Hanna N. Russo, age 17, of Cleveland, Ok. was transported by Owasso EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa. Admitted in stable condition with head, leg, arm, and trunk injuries.
Vehicle 2: 2006 Volkswagen Passat driven by Madison N. Davis, age 18, of Sallisaw, Ok. Transported by Owasso EMS to St John Hospital in Tulsa. Admitted in stable condition with head and trunk injuries.
Passenger 1: Colton J. Fletcher, white male, age 19, of Sperry, Ok. Transported by Owasso EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa. Admitted in stable condition with arm and head injuries.
Condition of Driver – Apparently normal
Cause of Collision – Under investigation
Seatbelts – Equipped, In use by all
