James “Jim” Patrick Haffner was born on April 6, 1963, in Cleveland, Ohio to Edward Elmer Haffner and Rose Marie (McCafferty) Haffner. He passed from this life on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at his home in Owasso, Oklahoma. He was raised and educated in Berea, Ohio and graduated with the Berea High School Class of 1981. He then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Toledo. Jim was married at St. Peter Parish in Lorain, Ohio on August 3, 1991, to Denise Marie (Carpino) Haffner. Jim spent most of his working life in homebuilding as Vice President of Information Technology, working for Dominion Homes, Rausch Coleman Homes, and most recently Capital Homes.

In his spare time, he enjoyed a variety of past times such as telling stories, dabbling in photography, and fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He is survived by:
