Janet Bessie Mozley was born on January 1, 1934, in Laleham, England to Regald Hendry Randall and Lilian (Hawkins) Randall. She passed from this life on Thursday, March 9, 2023, in Claremore, Oklahoma at the age of 89 years. She was raised and educated in Laleham, Staines where she attended the Laleham Church of England School. Janet was married on October 13, 1956, in Egham to John Burns Mozley. Janet and John lived in various places throughout Europe. After moving from Europe to the United States, Janet was employed by the British Embassy in Washington DC. She then spent the rest of her working life as a receptionist for Allied Van Lines in Austin, TX, and also Blandford Homes in Gilbert, AZ.
She has made Owasso, Oklahoma her home since 2010 and attended First Presbyterian Church until her health began to decline. Janet had a servant’s heart and enjoyed volunteering with her church and Blue Starr Mothers. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, knitting, and baking, which she was famous for her English sausage rolls.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Regald and Lilian, husband, John, two brothers, Ron and John, and her sister, Margaret.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Chaplain Henry Bartlett officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service.
