Jerry Dale SimerothJerry Dale Simeroth was born December 30, 1952, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Leonard Frank and Anne Fisher Simeroth. He died Sunday, September 12, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 68 years. Jerry was reared and educated in Owasso, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 1971. He was a veteran of the armed forces having served his country honorably with the United States Air Force. He was married October 4, 1974, in Owasso to Terry Epperson. Jerry spent most of his working life as a business development and applications specialist with Time Mark Corporation in Tulsa. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes including hunting, especially deer hunting. He also enjoyed watching old western movies, particularly those that featured John Wayne. He was extremely fond of his role as “Grandpa”.

His wife of over 46 years; Terry, of the home
Children; Joey Simeroth and Courtney Simeroth, both of Owasso
Grandchildren; Addy, Hazel, and Caroline
Sisters; Susan Payne, of Cleveland, Oklahoma
Patti Hills and husband Danny, of Owasso
Donna Eastin and husband Todd, of Inola, Oklahoma
Brother; Roger Simeroth and wife Terri, of Collinsville, Oklahoma
And a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Anne Simeroth.
 
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Leonard Pirtle officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Ben Simeroth, David Simeroth, Joshua Eastin, Levi Stephens, Mike Adney, Joe Slitzker, and Shane Hills. Committal service and interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Owasso. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Jerry’s memory to the Folds of Honor Foundation, 5800 North Patriot Drive, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
