Jill Suzanne Stiner was born September 20, 1967, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Edgar Roy Stiner and Linda Gail Bassham Stiner LeMonier. She died Wednesday, July 12, 2023, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 55 years. Jill completed her secondary education in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated from Memorial High School. She had worked with the Tulsa Housing Authority and then with Auto Battery and Electric. In 2013, she began a career with the United States Post office as a mail carrier. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including cooking, but especially being in the water swimming either at her pool or on a beach. Jill was an avid Oklahoma Sooner and Dallas Cowboys fan. Most important to her was spending time with her family and friends.

Children; Hailey Wells and Christian Wells, both of Owasso, Oklahoma
Sister; Pam Grosze, of Wylie, Texas
Niece and Nephew; Ashley Grosze, of Wylie, Texas, and Nicholas Grosze, of Bentonville, AR.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Gail LeMonier, father, Roy Stiner, half-brother, Joe Stiner, and grandparents, Rex and Edith Stiner, and Louis and Marian Bassham.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 20, 2023, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Gordon Small officiating. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Jill’s memory to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org . Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
