Jimmy Allen “Rocky” Tolley was born June 4, 1952 in Casper, Wyoming to Jimmy and Wilma June Robinson Tolley. He died Tuesday, August 3, 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 69 years. Rocky completed his secondary education in Oologah, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Oologah High School Class of 1970. In 1972, on the porch of Raymond McMillen of a bright sunny day, He married Millicent Anita Hendrix. This union brought about the birth of their beloved son, Marshal, who like his dad, brightened the lives of this family with a happy disposition, a smile for all, and a helping hand when needed. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes including working puzzles and watching old westerns. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family whom he dearly loved. He spent time with all his family every chance he got. He brought a smile and a giggle to all, and was one of the lovingest people ever.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Michael Tolley.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 15, 2021, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Graveside service and interment will be held 10:00 Monday, August 16, 2021, at Fairview Cemetery in Owasso, Oklahoma, with Pastor Cletus Coe officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
