The Owasso Community Choir is celebrating ten wonderful, musical years, and plan to kick off their 10th anniversary with a Jazzy Jingle Christmas.
Their first rehearsal will be Monday, August 29. Note that their rehearsal venue has been changed: they will be meeting in the Education Building on the First Baptist Church of Owasso campus, located at 13307 E 96th Street North, east of Sam’s and Sprouts. The Education Building is on the west end of the campus, immediately east of Sprouts. They will be meeting upstairs in Room 800 (an elevator is available for those who need it). The Owasso Community Choir is open to all people who wish to join and sing with them.
Rehearsals will normally run from 7:00-8:30pm on Mondays, but you are strongly encouraged to arrive at 6:30pm on the 29th so that they can distribute music, chat with fellow members, and get settled into the new rehearsal space in time for a 7:00pm start time. Their member fees will remain at $40 per member per season, with a discounted fee for members’ spouses/children.
