Juanita Jean Parker was born July 21, 1930, in Milton, Oklahoma, to Charles Edward Bailey and Ica Belle Roberts Bailey. She died Saturday, December 7, 2024, in Catoosa, Oklahoma, at the age of 94 years. Juanita was married March 23, 1975, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Roscoe C. Parker. She spent much of her working life as an assembler with Zebco making fishing reels until her retirement.
Juanita was a longtime faithful member of First Baptist Church in Owasso where she volunteered and worked with the kitchen ladies preparing meals. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including crafting, knitting, crocheting, and needlepoint. Juanita loved to go camping and was a member of the Good Sam’s Camping Club. She dearly loved her grandchildren who affectionately knew her as “Nony”.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ica Bailey, husband, Roscoe C. Parker, brother, Henry Bailey, and sister, Elenora Crow.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held Friday, December 13, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Owasso with Pastor Chris Wall officiating. Final resting place with be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Juanita’s memory to The Mission-FBCO, P.O. Box 1020, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055, or at www.themission.net.
