Judith Marie Fowler was born December 4, 1952, in England, Arkansas, to Jim and Barbara Ann Fowler. She died Thursday, March 6, 2014, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 61 years. Judy was reared Arkansas where she completed her secondary education. She continued her education in nursing and became alicensed practical nurse. Judy loved connecting with people all over the world through Facebook and online games. The number of people that connected with her and miss her is mind boggling. She enjoyed working puzzles and games as well as crocheting. She especially loved her dog Chi Chi and her cat Kimmie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, oldest sister, Gail Anet Ellis, grandmother, Cassie Fowler, and grandfather, I.R. Fowler.
A memorial service was held 1:00 p.m., Sunday, March 9, 2014, at the J Arroyo family residence. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
