10/07/2018 – A jury has recommended three life sentences for an Owasso man, who was convicted this week of sexually abusing a young girl over a two-year time span during 2014-2016.
Chester Earl-McKinnly Browning, 37, was convicted of three counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12. It took less than an hour for the jury to come back with a recommendation that Browning be sentenced to a life sentence for each count. A judge will determine in November if the sentences will run consecutively or concurrently.
