Laurie Sue Woodrich was born April 17, 1971, in Konawa, Oklahoma to Artie Eugene Hudson, Sr. and Harriett Ann (Whipple) Hudson. She died Tuesday, May 19, 2020, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 49 years. Laurie was raised and educated in Konawa and graduated with the Konawa High School Class of 1989. She then went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Medical Records Administration from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, and her master’s degree in management from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. She spent most of her working life as a Director of Health Information and worked with various companies in the Tulsa area such as Brookhaven Hospital, Parkside Psychiatric Hospital, Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, and Post Acute Medical. Laurie was married on March 27, 2004 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to David Allen Woodrich. She has been a faithful member at Church on the Move in Tulsa since 2002. In her spare time, Laurie enjoyed a variety of past times such as shopping with her daughters, hiking, going to the movie theater, and cooking and eating Thai food.

There will be a private family graveside at Dora Cemetery in Konawa, Oklahoma. A public memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
