12/01/2019 – Early this morning, Owasso Officers were dispatched to an unknown disturbance inside a room at Candlewood Suites.
Officers arrived and located a 63-year-old man with a severe stab wound to his leg. Owasso Medics transported the man to a Tulsa hospital for treatment.
Officers located the suspect on foot near the hotel. She was identified as the victim’s 22-year-old stepdaughter, Bobbi Michelle Harper.
Harper was arrested for Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
