Mary B. Dixon was born June 6, 1927, in Henryetta, Oklahoma, to Samuel Clinton and Blanche Eura (McAfee) Faulkner. She died Thursday, November 12, 2015, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 88 years. Mary was reared and educated in Henryetta and graduated with the Henryetta High School Class of 1945. She was married October 29, 1945, in Henryetta to Raymond Wayne Dixon. They had made their home in Owasso, Oklahoma, since 1962. Mary spent much of her working life as an administrative assistant with the Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa. In her later years, she worked at the Tulsa International Airport gift shop.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ray Dixon, son, Allan Dixon, and two daughters, Judy Lynn Dixon, and Mary Lynn Dixon.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2015, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 11:00 Saturday, November 14, 2015, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Loran McAlister officiating. Committal services and interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
