Mary Kay Goff was born January 17, 1948, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Horace Eugene Ragle and Fern Lenore (Van Valkenburg) Ragle. She died Sunday, March 22, 2020, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 72 years. Mary was raised and educated in Tulsa and graduated with the McClain High School Class of 1966. She then went on to attend classes at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mary was married December 24, 1980 in Tulsa to Nolen Edward Goff. She spent most of her working life as a Mailing Requirements Clerk for the United States Postal Service for 30 years. Mary and Nolen also owned and ran the Kow Pasture Lounge Bar in Owasso for many years. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes such as bowling, fishing, reading, and loving on her two dogs, Boomer and Cassie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Fern, and her husband Nolen.
Graveside Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Sperry, Oklahoma with Pastor Leonard Pirtle officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
