Michael E. Bailey was born August 18, 1954, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Thomas Jefferson and Doris Imogene Fry Bailey. He died Sunday, March 19, 2017, in Tulsa at the age of 62 years. Michael was reared and educated in Vera, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Collinsville High School Class of 1972. He continued his education attending Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Michael spent most of his working life in quality control for Pepsi Cola and later in bonding with Nordam. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes, but cooking was his favorite. He loved to spend time with new recipes and new culinary ideas from eggrolls, breakfast tacos, and other cuisines.

Mother; Doris Brumfield and husband Mac, of Owasso, Oklahoma
And a host of nieces, one nephew, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 23, 2017, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Leonard Pirtle officiating. Committal service and interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Skiatook, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
