On the afternoon of Thursday, August 20th 2015, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Brandon Nordstedt for Child Abuse Murder relating to the death Emmerson O’Rourke.
At approximately 10:00PM US Marshal’s attached to the Northeastern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force successfully located Nordstedt in Hutchison, Kansas and took him into custody.
Nordstedt is currently incarcerated in Kansas awaiting extradition back to Tulsa County
