Nadine Quinn Smith was born June 27, 1922, in Mapleton, Iowa, to James and Theresa (Schoenherr) Quinn. She passed from this life Sunday, September 10, 2017, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 95 years. Nadine was reared and educated in Mapleton, Iowa, and graduated with the Mapleton High School Class of 1940. After High School She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tulsa. She was married April 12, 1948 in Omaha, Nebraska to King Smith. Nadine spent most of her working life as an Accountant with Sooner Pipe and Supply in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has been a longtime faithful member of St, Henry’s Catholic Church in Owasso. Nadine had a variety of pastimes which included sewing, gardening, bird watching, and opera.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Theresa Quin, husband, King Smith, brother, Earl Quinn, brother, Francis Quinn, and sister, Delores Jensen.
Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at Mowery Funeral Service. Funeral mass will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 14, 2017, at the Calvary Cemetery chapel in Tulsa with Father Matt La Chance officiating. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
