08/07/2017 – Just after 8:00am Monday morning, Owasso Police were dispatched to Nottingham Estates – 13500 East 86th Street North, on reports the rock entry monument had been damaged by a hit and run driver.
Upon arrival they found the east side of the wall had been toppled.
A witness noted the drivers tag number, and she was soon tracked down at a near-bye home where she was arrested.
