Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind Series Thursdays, Nov. 3, 10, 17; Dec. 1, 8 10:30-11:30 a.m. Presented by the Northeast Center of Healthy Aging, this five-week workshop will help you understand the many ways you can maintain a healthy brain.
