Officer Santiago Rodriguez was born on July 28, 1981, in Los Angles, California to Alejandro Rodriguez and Maria R. (Jaime) Rodriguez. He passed from this life on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 40 years. Santiago was raised and educated in El Monte, California and graduated with the Arroyo High School Class of 1999. He was married on November 17, 2000, in Las Vegas, Nevada to Gabriela (Enciso) Rodriguez. Santiago spent most of his working life as a Deputy for the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office for the past 15 years. He was also active with the United States Navy reserves. In his spare time, Santiago enjoyed watching baseball and coaching his sons in soccer.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at St. Therese Catholic Church in Collinsville. Graveside service will follow at St. Therese Cemetery. Services and arrangements were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso.
